All of us are amazed at how much property values are appreciating.
There are many reasons for this, mostly consistently low interest rates and historic low inventory levels.
Many regions of the country are seeing appreciation values in excess of 10% per year.
How long will this continue? Or will we see another bust like in 2008?
The market watchers that I follow think there is no bubble, but property appreciation rates will start to level off in 2022 and beyond.
One recent article I read projected slower rates or value growth closer to 5% in 2022.
What will the actual market look like a year from now?? We’ll have to wait and see!!!
