- Direct mentoring from the broker. David Baker, the broker and owner, is committed to never taking on more agents than he can directly mentor, one-one-one. You won’t have to wait a few days for his call back either! He’s available literally seven days a week to help you.
- Regular training times. Real estate sales takes continual learning, coaching and encouragement to be successful. Regular training sessions are structured to keep you updated on current legal changes, sales tips and real life situations. The agents love it!
- Aggressive compensation plans. You don’t have to sweat over burdensome quotas and resetting commission split targets every year. Most agents hit the upper split level in their first year or two and stay there for life!
